Quarter to date

Hi, 

I would like to know how to convert a Quarter to a date in a WFR. For example we have a custom field for quarter that has values like Q1, 2022, Q2, 2022 etc. I would like to add a WFR where the last day of Q1, 2022 (03-31-2022)  becomes an input for a particular field.
