MyWork to be tailored to Resources rather than Projects

Would like to be able to access more linked object fields (specifically Project resources) in the MyWork view so that it shows the User's actual effort and remaining effort rather than the Project actual and remaining effort.

This would allow for the MyWork view to be more tailored to users.
