To leverage Clarizen's data while acquiring new insights for businesses and customers, you can schedule a regular interval of data exports on any item types and links that are exposed by Clarizen API.
Once the data has been successfully exported, you can use the reporting tool of your choice to achieve the following:
- Keep historical data snapshots
- Perform unlimited, complex queries and in-depth analysis
- Pivot - slice and dice your data
- Add custom calculations
- Share work management data with other Business Intelligence (BI) sources by connecting to external systems (e.g. Salesforce)
