To enhance security and privacy, a confirmation is now required when updating your email address.
How it Works
When you update your email address in Clarizen One, you will get a confirmation link via email. Only after you click on the confirmation link in the email, your email address will be updated. The confirmation email is valid for 10 minutes.
Does this only apply to end users?
i.e. if an admin or the API, makes the update, will this interfere? (use case, fixing an incorrect email address, the confirmation will be impossible)
Hi Mike, the admin can change the emails without this interfere. For the API, if the admin is using the API then there is also no interfere.
