Notice - Okta App Deprecation and Migration to New App
On December 31st, 2021, the original Clarizen One app in Okta will be deprecated and replaced by a new version.
After December 31st, 2021, the original app will no longer be supported by Okta. Instances of this app in your Okta environment will continue to function, and will not be disabled, however, Okta will no longer make any fixes or updates to the original app.
We recommend migrating to the new app ahead of time.
Click here for more details, and instructions on how to migrate to the new app.
Notice - Change History Data Retention
As of February 2022 for Sandbox and April 2022 for Production, per our data retention plan, the Change History module will display historic events from the past year, per work item, dependency, or resource assignment.
For events displayed in the Change History module, a clean-up process runs every night at 2 am (your organization's time zone) and trims the number of events to include those from the last year.
Example: On January 1st, 2021, at 2 am, the data for December 31st, 2019 is deleted.
Work Item changes are aggregated for the Project they are in. They do not get rolled up to parent or grandparent Work Items, or Programs.
