Meeting Minutes from Notes and Email

I am using Clarizen to report on progress on Action Items and Tasks in the Notes and email section.  As we take notes directly into Clarizen during a meeting, is there anyway to pull the most recent or a date range of notes (and/or emails) taken from a particular project

I believe this should be done through the Reports - have you tried it?

Hi Guy,

I have tried doing it in the reports section but could not find any "Recent Notes" or "Recent Email" Type of component.  I searched on 'Notes' and 'Emails' and could only get the Number of Notes and not actual details out of this.

****NOTE****

Mods, If this is in the wrong section please feel free to move.

Did a bit more research on this and there is an Community thread that explains to get the last note it requires some customisation and I should be looking at the advanced Q&A forum.

There is an issue where the Notes field would need to be included in a text field that would truncate the message to 2000 characters (this would work for my needs).  If anyone has a different perspective or idea I would still love to hear it.

You can do it with customization, but reporting system now supports it as well. You can run a report on Tasks (or Work Items) and pull in Emails or Posts as related data. You can then add the <Emails>.Created On field and sort so that the most recent emails will appear towards the top. The same can be done with posts as well.
