TIMESHEETS & EXPENSES SETTINGS

 Hi,

i am unable to report times nor expenses.

The modules are "off" without option to activate on profiles. (see attachement) Can anyone help?

I am on trial period and wonder if this is why.

This is supposed to be enabled by default. I also started a trial now to see what you mean but it seems to be working.

Update: after playing around with it, it seems like the system enables/disables modules based on the business unit you choose when you signed up for the trial (it's a wild guess). I chose "professional services" and timesheets were on, but expense sheets were off. Try and see if that works for you too.

I was advised that it was turned off on the master profile.

Everyone,

     Please share the correct screenshot once you have the correct answer and help others avoid having to file Support Tickets. Thanks. :)

Anyway, it is in the Master Profile and you have to turn on EXPENSE SHEETS and NOT Expenses.

 

P.S.

This SAME logic applies to TIMESHEET... :P
