Timesheets are the only way to have time stamped actual effort. Unless you have other logical rules in place such as all projects close and restart upon change of FY or something like that.

Actual Effort by year
Is it possible to calculate actual effort for a project by a date range? I'd like to easily report actual effort by year.
We update actual effort via timesheets so I can pull all time records by report date but that results in an inelegant report.
