I'm looking for a way to draw attention to certain fields that we have deemed it critical for Project Managers to manually populate. Would there be any way to do that?

You can create a separate panel for critical fields and put it at the very top.
(These fields can also exist in two separate panels simultaneously so they do not have to be removed from the current panels. [UPDATE: I was wrong, this is not possible])
Josh - Good Thought - Thank you. Think I'm on my way - One more question though. Because the fields I want to create the new panel from are already used, they are not appearing in the list of available fields - How do I think include them in 2 different panels, as you suggest?

Sorry Al, I misled you. A field can only be in a single section of the property card (just confirmed). What you can do is create a profile only for Project Managers with a streamlined layout and the critical fields up at the top. All other users that do not need those fields highlighted can have the standard layout.
