Include the updated field in the "Last Updated By" field

Currently the "Last Updated By" field can tell you who last updated the object in Clarizen,  and on what date.

However, it does not identify which field was updated or what was changed.  This poses a problem when a PM wants to discuss a change in Clarizen, or is investigating the source of a change.

We suggest adding the field that was changed as part of the "Last Updated By" field.
