Survey Form

 Hey Guys, Here is my use case. Please let me know if there is a way to achieve this. In My company Clarizen is being used largely by the Marketing department. 

Here is my use case:-

At the end of every project, the Marketing team needs to send a survey form to the sales rep, asking him/her for feedback. The sales organization is huge and we have made all of them email users and not full users. 

How can I fulfill this requirement from Clarizen, keeping the above limitation in mind that the sales individual will always be a email user. 

Please do let me know if there is a way.

Yes, this is possible using Custom workflows, InterAct and Custom Actions. Depending on precise use case, I suggest working with our Professional Services team to do this as it can get very complicated but one way you would do this is as follows:

  1. Create an online webpage where the survey would live (accessible to the email only users). Once complete, the data would be sent to InterAct.
  2. Configure InterAct mailbox to accept the information when the Survey is completed
  3. Configure custom fields to store the data on appropriate data entity as desired.
  4. Configure Workflow rules and Custom Actions to trigger messages to be sent to desired users and actions based on completing a Project. You would include the link to the Survey within the message and can either use basic messaging or HTML for styling.
