Integration on outlook Agenda and Clarizen tasks created from Outlook

Via the Outlook integration app it is now possible to create tasks from your Outlook in Clarizen. Is there a possiblility to view these tasks, when assigned to your user, in the outlook agenda?

Absolutely, you would just go to your user profile and select "Subscribe to iCalendar." This will let you view and tasks and even update progress from the Outlook Calendar.

Hi Josh,

I have one additional question. How can I manage what are the tasks that I will see in this Oulook- Clarizen agenda? Currently I think that I am seeing the tasks that I created. I would like to see all tasks of a certain Type in the Clarizen Outlook agenda. Is this possible?

Regards, Susanne

We would like to use this integration app as a shared agenda with certain userd to share  the OUtlook agenda containing all the tasks with type Field Visit. That is why I would like to make this customization.

For a certain type, no, that is not possible. You can select a specific project or another users and create an iCal calendar for those. If you group project by types, that would be one workaround.

Hello,

I'm looking for the Outlook integration but I don't find anything in the app marketplace or anywhere else.

Could you help me to find this app, please ?

Regards

Correct, the app is no longer supported but we are looking into potential integration areas on our long-term roadmap. iCal integration is still supported.
