Knowledge Base module

Hi Clarizen,


Looking at the application in its entirety and to manage a Software Editor activity, all the standard modules are perfect to manage the activity.

I nevertheless feel that one module that is missing and critiical to the support activity is a knowledge base module. While we could certainly leverage capability to attach a document to an issue as a way to create a knowledge base article resulting for the resolution of an issue or even use specific type of issue to act as a knowledge base article, I definitely feel that a more dedicated module would be greatly appreciated especially if you provide the capability to have an external access to the knowledge database with the capability to publish / unpublish article.

I believe you have all the elements in place to be able to quickly develop this kind of module which would make a great addition to your module suite.
