I would like to see this functionality and add that it would like ideal to have a select then drag and drop cursor to rearrange them in a custom way vs. sort by a value/property.

Ability to sort in Resource Planning/Resource Load views
Ability to sort in Resource Planning/Resource Load views (currently resources are sorted by their name). For future reference, the Feature Request ID is CR-374558.
