Is it possible to easily rearrange/reorder tasks in a project? For example, I'd like to arrange by status, with COMPLETE items on the bottom of the list.

In v5.4 (comes out this weekend), you will be able to move completed items automatically into a "completed" parent work item using a business rule. The real solution for you is coming in v6.0, due Q4. In that release you will have sorting and filtering in the project view.

Absolutely. There are many. Just go to Settings >> Customization, and click iAssistant in the corner. That will give you several tutorials on building customizations. Also please be sure to watch the v5.4 videos, which show you how to use some of the new customizations (click "What's New" at the top of any page).
