Can regular users upload documents at the project level?

I have been able to upload documents at the project level when I am signed on as an administrator, but if I am signed on as a regular user, it does not allow me to upload a file. (It does, however, allow me to add a note, email, etc. at the project level even when signed on as just a regular user.) I am listed as a resource on both the project and milestone/task levels. Is there a setting that needs to be modified to allow regular users to upload files at the project level?

Hi Jodi,

Any user that has (even partial) write
permissions on a work-item (internal user as a resource in the project resource
pool included) can upload document and attach it to the work-item.

I'll open a case on it and will keep you posted
once it's being fixed. Please send over your contact information to my email uri.tzikoni@clarizen.com

Regards,

Uri

Uri, I think documents at the project level is an exception. As far as I can remember you have always needed manager, project manager, or super user permissions in order to add documents at the project level.

V,

I am not sure why you are having these issues. Unfortunately, the new Community platform does not allow for attachments in Posts/Comments so I ask that you submit a request to have the Support team work with you directly to figure this out.
