All you do is right click on any project, and then select "Team Board." You will get a fully dynamic pop up with where you can move each user story around the scrum board, change colors, etc.

Team Board - Where?
I've installed the Team Board add-on, and have added those fields to my project view -- how do I get to the screen with the "post-it" notes, the scrum board?
