Project percent complete not updating, while milestone percent complete is updated?

  By default, Clarizen will compute the roll-up percentage complete based on the work items in the project.  The parent work item (Project or Milestone, usually), will weight the planned, actual work, and remaining work of the sub-items (tasks) to compute the percentage complete.  In the attached screenshot, we can see the tasks roll-up to the milestone level which, in turn, roll-up to the project level for the overall % complete calculation.

Yes that is the case, however are there some settings that I may check to see why an active project's percent completion is not updating?  The milestones sub tasks roll-up, but the Overall Project percent complete remains at zero.

  In the screenshot you provided, there is no actual work at the project level.  Can you ensure that, at the project level, you do not have the "Actual Effort Updated from Timesheets" setting on if the project level is reportable?
