Is it possible to get a "Customer Name" column in a custom Work Item report?

I would like to be able to build a custom report. In this report, you could add a column that would list which customer(s) are attributed to a each work item and/or product listed in the report.

If this is possible, can it be done on the standard platform? If not, is it available through the Excel Add-In or the Enterprise platform?

Ian,

you should be able to run a standard report - Projects in the works per customer (see attached).  If you need to be able to build additional reports, you can definitely pull the information in the Excel Add-In.  There is no difference among Clarizen editions (I presume that's what you mean) with regards to what is available in reports.   I would suggest joining advanced Q&A webinars twice a week or intermediate Q&A webinars 4x weekly for specific questions and/or help.

So just to clarify, there is now way to build a report that does this without the excel add-in? (see pic)

Not sure if you meant "no way" or "now a way," but you CAN do this today without the excel add-in, using standard reporting.
