Can Clarizen be customized to meet unique needs?

We are a documentary instruction company that is facing scaling needs. I have signed up for Thursday intro webinar. In the meantime, however, I was wondering if there are resources available to customize Clarizen to fit unique business needs?

Hi Sande.  What types of resources are you looking for? Professional services or free resources?

Clarizen has a powerful customization engine as well as an open API allowing us to deliver customizations to meet most customers requirements. Depending on the complexity of your requirement these can be handled by either the customer success manager assigned to your account or our professional services team.

REcognize that customizing Clarizen to meet unique needs would likely cost something. Would like a consultation to determine if this is the best tool for our needs.

I think it would be best to speak to your account manager to plot a recommended course of action, which may include some initial services before even officially coming on board.  Have you met your account manager yet?  I believe it's Chad.
