Non-working hours report in days not hours

Hi.

I need to report non-working hours (PTO) in days by month. The current system report is in hours. Can this be modified to be in days? Can I create my own report?

You can do this right now just by entering in days instead of hours (2d for 2 days, 1.5d for 1.5 days).
