Off the top of my head I can't think of a way to setup an email alert for this, but will check with our product team and the rest of the Customer Success team.

alerts when people update personal calendar
I will be asking users to enter in their scheduled PTO days on their calendars. I learned that Clarizen is not able to sync multiple calendars into a single Outlook calendar so assume I will need to update Outlook manually. Is there a way to set up an alert to email me when someone updates their calendar (and let me know what was added/deleted)?
