Project Number
i want to make furmal for project number
the project number should be XXXXX 5 digits all are numbers
the first 2 digits it will be the year and the next 3 digits will be sequence
Ex. 13001,13001.......etc
next year it will be
14001,14002......etc
what is the formula it can be used to configure this setting
