The resource conflict comes up if you try to assign a resource to a task during a time period in which they are not working (on PTO, etc.). This is no out of the box field that will show this overload (overloading resources is allowed in Clarizen). However, when you are making resource assignments, you can do a resource load simulation to see if the resource will become overloaded post assignment. When typing in a resource name, just click the icon next to his/her name. Also if you are on a team view, you will get a warning message when trying to reassign a task to a resource that would become overloaded.
