We started to use Clarizen, all very well, just we have a some question about the InterAct session, principally how we can to have interaction and communication with people (customer, suppliers, etc) that no have a Clarizen license?
Exactly, what information and activities we can do?, they can update works item?

Interact is a very powerful tool that is designed to be configured for your use case. The main functions are creating and editing objects. Interact allows you to create support cases, requests, and issues without needed a Clarizen license. Creating work items such as tasks and projects requires that the user has a license, as does editing any object (work items or cases).

As an email only user (no license) they can update the % completion for tasks that they are assigned. They can also add a note and enter actual/remaining effort, but that is really all they can update.
