Forwarding an email to Bugs in Clarizen

We are using the quick rule for emailing bugs into Clarizen. We are using the canned rule and have not made changes to it.  A co-worker tried to forward an email to the email address and received the following message (he tried a number of times, each with the same result):

Failed to complete operation: Replies not supported for Quick 

When I forward an email to the same address, I am able to submit the bug successfully. He has successfully submitted bugs to the same email. 

Would you please tell me what this message means and why he may not be successful in forwarding the email as a bug?

Hi Linda.  We made an improvement to interact that lets you use email replies and forwarded emails in Interact rules.  All you need to do is go to this specific rule, click edit, and then check the box that allows the rule to accept replies.  That's it, all you have to do to eliminate this error.

Hi Josh. Easier said than done. I don't seem to have the option to edit that rule. I can view it and see where the change should be made. I don't have the option to do so. I am using the generic Quick submission rule with no changes. Any ideas on why I would not be able to edit that rule? I have Admin access.

Hi Linda, it looks like you will have to duplicate that rule and disable the old out-of-the-box version.  I will also put in a feature request to product to have this one by default for the standard rules.
