Hi Richard,
For example you work with contractors in the first phase of the project, and you want to give them visibility until a certain point.
You can use the Widget Expiry to suit this business case.

When sharing the Gantt View by email there is a date field named Widget Expiry. I expect the link will no longer work once the date is exceeded, but its optional, and I wonder why would you want to expire the widget? What is the recommended best practice for this?
thanks,
Richard

ok, that makes sense. Thanks.
Also, it is optional to use the expiration date.
Also, you can go to Settings>Extensions>View Widgets and revoke them manually from there.
(You probably need to be an admin for this)
You do indeed, thanks Peter!
Perfect. Exactly what I wanted to know.
thanks guys.
This was helpful. Specifically, revoking widget access.
