override % complete

Why would we be prevented from overriding % complete at the top project level?

Christopher,

The obvious reason why the field would be locked is because the Project is Completed. Could this be the case? I am not certain what other scenario this would be the case in. If further investigation is required where we will need access to your environment, please open a ticket.

Thank you

Project has several subprojects that are complete, but the parent project is not marked complete and it's at this level I am trying to overwrite the percent complete.

Hi Christopher,

Do you have any filters in place in the work plan that might be filtering out active work-items, hence, not being able to mark the top-level project as complete?

As Boris mentioned, if this is not the case, please open a ticket with us and we will investigate for you. Be sure to include the project's ID and an access link URL. See the following KB article for instructions on how to provide this: https://success.clarizen.com/entries/103570996-Grant-Account-Login-Access-no-login-credentials-needed-
