We have several employees off-site that we'd like to submit timesheets using Clarizen. However, we'd like them to be submitted against a particular customer and not a specific project, task, or work item.
Do you know if this is possible? Thanks.

Timesheets can only be submitted against a work item and not a particular customer. You would need to link the customer to a specific project or task and submit time against that work item. Please let me know if this helps.
