Trial Subscription

Good day,

I signed up for a trial subscription on 09/05/2015, but now I can't seem to log in. I get the following message when I try to reset my password: "There are no Clarizen accounts currently registered with the username jean-pierre@feenstragroup.co.za".

I have received e-mails confirming my subscription.

Hello Jean-Pierre, 

It looks like you do have an Account but your username is not your email address. Please use the following as your username...

Thank you Boris! I have in the meantime registered another trial subscription on the user name jean-pierre@feenstragroup.co.za, is it possible to remove this one? I want to continue using the Jean-Pierre one.

I have another question: Do I need a licence for external uses who we collaborate with on any specific project? Our project team is only 6 people, but we collaborate with many external people.

Trials will eventually expire. If you want to use the email as your username, simply log into your trial and rename the username to free up the email address. Then it can be used in your production instance.

Jean-Pierre, 

This depends on what kind of access these external users need to have. Are they going to have any access to Clarizen via logging in, even read-only access? Will they only be contacted via email? 

If they need access to Clarizen, license is required. If they do not need to log in and you simply need to include them on collaboration within the product but they can reply via email, these users can be configured as Email Only Users, no license required.
