Project Utilization Report Types

Hi Virginia, 

 "Working resources breakdown" = Report will only show resources who have work assigned to them on that specific Project, and Timeframe. If no Work has been assigned to a resources for the time period, one will see only resources who reported time at any given point during the Project.

 "All resources breakdown" = Report will show all resources, including Work Item Managers with no direct work assigned to them.

Thanks for the feedback on this.  Is there an option to run this report so that inactive resources do not appear on the resource breakdown?
