Why does people import not work as it is supposed to?

I have been trying to input my organization using an excel spread sheet ( a version of which is attached) which has columns

"First name", "Last name", "E-mail Address", "User Type", "Allow Emails", "Business City" ...

Exactly as described in the help for this BUT ONLY the email, last name and User Type are imported.

I have tried the 1st three columns in all the sensible combinations and the result is the same!

Hi David,

Thank you for contacting Clarizen Support. I tested your file and I was able to successfully import data into my demo instance. The only column that does not come across is "Allow Emails", this is due to NONE license type. If you change the license type to Email license, Allow Emails field should be mapped correctly.

Try the attached file (Copy of Test people import) and let me know how you go with this. If you still encounter problems, please open a case and I will be happy to assist you further.

All the best,

Diana
