MS Project XML import error

Hello Clarizen team,

 

I'm trying to import a MS Project xml file. THe validation report says: "2014 Q4xxxxxxxxxx.xml was validated"

After inporting data i recieve the message: "An error has occurred: This is not a valid duration, it is outside the range for this field"

Hi Eric,

This is usually due to an unsupported value in the XML document. We would actually need to take a look at your xml document so it is best if you can open a support case and attach your XML doc there.
