Yes this is possible. First you need to create a custom field (if the field desired does not already exist) as a Issue or Case Item type depending on where you want it to be visible (i.e. Only Issues or Cases which includes Issues, bugs, Requests or Risk).
Once the desired field(s) are created, go to Settings --> Layout and in the left Pane, select Issues within Cases.
Click on Field Layout
Click on Edit for Property Card
you will see the Property Card layout in Edit Mode and on the left side, you will see all fields available to be added to the Property Card.
Save when done customizing.
