 
                Hello,
Yes this is possible. First you need to create a custom field (if the field desired does not already exist) as a Issue or Case Item type depending on where you want it to be visible (i.e. Only Issues or Cases which includes Issues, bugs, Requests or Risk).
- Once the desired field(s) are created, go to Settings --> Layout and in the left Pane, select Issues within Cases. 
- Click on Field Layout 
- Click on Edit for Property Card 
- you will see the Property Card layout in Edit Mode and on the left side, you will see all fields available to be added to the Property Card. 
- Save when done customizing.
