Sharing Calendars

Hi everyone,

Is there a way for supervisors to view their direct reports' calendars?  We have managers who want to see if their subordinates are inputting their time off in their Clarizen calendar.  Is there a way for them to view this information?

Thanks!

Virginia

Virginia,

You can have a View with Team Panel and click on a User that is a Direct Report, then from the Action Ribbon toolbar click on Utilities --> Resource Calendar.

Sincerely,

Boris

Hi Virginia,

Adding to Boris's suggestion, there is also a report you can get from the system called: "Total Number of non-working hours per user"

You can find it under Reports->People

Hey Boris, I see the resource calendar button and I am looking at the chart, but I do not see how to tell what days are marked as non working.  What am I missing?

Thanks!

Virginia,

There seems to be an issue with the Resource Calendar not showing non-working days correctly for Resources that have enterd such time (i.e. vacation). You can see that weekends by default are non-working days and are shown in a different color but if you add PTO, it does not show in the Resource Calendar. I will see if this is a bug

Virginia,

I found it. It seems this was never developed for the Resource Calendar view but you can see this information in the Resource Load View. The Resource will show Gray on the dates that they have non-working days specified such as vacation. see attached

Sincerely,

Boris
