Great feature requests! I'll submit to R&D.
- Burndown chart - have this as an app a customer can install without having a special request to have it be installed.
Burndown chart - should be shareable
Team Board Report Widget - We are using the team board and would like for there to be a widget like share functionality as there is with the product roadmap.
Team Board and RBL Work Plan Views as standard or an option to just download them
Move Iteration Action - instead of having to create a custom action make this a standard feature

Is the burndown chart available on V6, and if so - how can I obtain it?
There sure is, but the feature is still in beta mode. In order to enable it, you have to either contact your CSM or submit a support ticket asking for the Burn Down Chart.
In that case I believe you should either remove the burndown chart section from the user manual (4.1.11) or add the additional information from your previous post to the user manual so your users don't spend a half hour searching for a feature that is described in the user manual but not in the software.
I noticed you opened a support ticket for this as well. I've submitted a request to our product team to update our documentation regarding our Burndown chart feature.
Please note that the burndown feature includes non-working time which leads to a diminished usability of this feature.
The feature "stupid" and includes e.g. weekends when calculating the burndown which makes it less usable (since since it's inaccurate).
Thank you for your feedback. Our CSM - Yoko Suzuki, already submitted a feature request on your behalf. We are following up on a regular basis for an ETA, so as soon as we know specifics, we will make sure you are the first to know!
All the best,
Excellent. See also: https://success.clarizen.com/entries/31896918-Burn-down-chart
I really hope some work is being done to the scrum artefacts (like teamboard and shortcuts) because of currently, the are not well integrated and all of them only work 80% which leads to a lot of frustrations and workarounds (which people forget).
Thanks again for your input. I appreciate you are working with us improving our software. I have forwarded your feedback to our Product Team and I will continue to provide further updates.
