Need a way to limit visibility to certain projects for upper management

Need the option to make a project completely private to a single person or certain people.  This cannot be currently accomplished with advanced permissioning or basic or enhanced permissioning.  Need a rule to limit visibility not just updatability.  There are sensitive projects the VP wants to put in Clarizen and the roles and enhanced permissioning and roles of admin or super users just dont do what we need.  Is there a way to write a rule so that Admins and Super Users cannot see a project, say only someone with the role of VP?

Yes, you can definitely restrict visibility on projects for normal users. You just need to change your permissions in Settings and normal users will need to be explicitly assigned to a project in order to view the project (the projects won't even show up in reports and dashboards unless the user running the report has access).

Hi Shel! Unfortunately this is not available yet. The admins and super users will always be able to access all projects in the system. However, this is a planned upgrade for the future (no ETA yet).

Hi Josh, is this still impossible? We have the exact problem described above. We wouldn't even necessarily need to hide the project from the admins, just from the 'normal' users.

Thanks, Chloe
