Make entering time more flexible

We are running with English language (since our language is not available). The problem is that we use "," where English locale uses "." so when entering hours the natural thing for us is to enter "0,5" for half an hour. However, Clarizen does not accept that. We have to use "0.5" (or "0:30"). My suggestion is to make this more flexible so that "," may also be used - no-one would fill in "1,000" in English locale anyway for a thousand hours - they would do "1000".

We come from Basecamp and in English locale we could still use comma.

Can you contact your CSM regarding this?  We might have some work-arounds that our European team would be more familiar with than myself.

OK. Will do.

What is the preferred way of doing this? Direct e-mail or case system?

I would email your CSM directly in this scenario.  With customization we might have a work-around, but again I deal mostly with US customers so we do not really run into this situation.

Peter,

As previously mentioned internally, your change request was logged. ID: CR-276258. There is currently no ETA for a release but I will update once this information is available.
