text editor for Notes & Discussions
It would be very helpful to have a text editor in the Notes panel and the Discussion panel. I can tell that the Note panel already accepts formatted text so this doesn't seem like a big addition.

Actually, as I was putting this in I realized that the Discussion panel already has the same editor as notes. Just go to Social and click the gear icon in the upper left and change plain text to rich text. That should add the editor to discussion posts system-wide.
