Expand item types that can be added to Favorites

Currently only persons or reports can be added as "Favorites" and quickly accessed using the navigation panel. It would be very convenient if an individual project could be defined as a Favorite, or for that matter, an individual milestone, task, case, etc.

This request has already been submitted. The Change Request ID is CR-097858. Currently, there is no ETA for the release of this feature.
