As the relations panel fills up with various related items types, the "add related..." link gets pushed further down in the relations panel, eventually offscreen requiring a vertical scroll to access it.
Once the "add related..." link is offscreen it is far less discoverable/accessible. I propose putting the link at the top of the relations panel and perhaps eliminating some of the whitespace above/below the link so (1) the link interferes less with the actual content, and (2) it is always accessible without scrolling vertically in the relations panel.
