Rearrange the content of auto-generated emails

The auto generated emails could provide better context w/o needing to open (attached pic). Given the frequency of emails it would be good to have the preview pane capture the key context.  Important as we expand the notifications visibility over time.

• Given the “To” field captures the request title, put that at the top (in a way that Outlook can read)?  All I see now is gibberish in the preview pane…
• If that happens – I can delete all 4 emails with a simple cntrl/shift/delete…and quickly/easily address my OCD around having a clean inbox J
