Export Configurations (Custom Actions/Workflows etc)

Hi Guys,

Any chance we can have an Export to PDF or Excel option for Customisations like CA's, Workflows, Custom Fields? This can be used to extract all the relevant details needed when submitting a support ticket regarding Customisations, instead oif creating screen grabs.

You could have the option next to the Edit , Delete, Enable/Disable options in Conifgure.

Thanks Boris appreciated. How can we view where CR's are in the system?

Gareth,

All customizations can be found in Settings --> Configure. You need to have the Admin permission to access them.

Sincerely,

Boris

Gareth,

I see the need for this but currently we do not have an easy way to provide this information unless you request an update on it. If reported through a case, we close the case but you can always view your closed cases and then add a comment to request an update. The forum post is not as easily done as you would need to have the information available to search on or remember what the request/request ID was so that we can find it for you.

I will look into this on the side and see what can be done to improve this process.

Sincerely,

Boris

I would like this functionality as well. For example, I need a list of all custom and standard fields regarding dates and have to copy paste the page into excel. Messy and time consuming to clean it up just to be able to utilize the data.
