Salesforce / Clarizen Integration Problems - need help

I'm using salesforce 14 winter service cloud and am in the admin setup section trying to enter my Clarizen credentials so that I can connect the two tools.  When I click 'Check Clarizen login,' I get the following error: Connection to Clarizen failed with exception: "Web service callout failed: WebService returned a SOAP Fault: Username and password do not match. faultcode=s:InvalidUserNameOrPassword faultactor=".  My login works on Clarizen's website… not sure why it's not working via the Salesforce / Clarizen client.  Help needed...

Josh - I already submitted a support ticket for this issue and your support team told me to post it here.  My support ticket was #3346.  Can someone please just help me solve this problem?  Seems like a very simple issue to fix.  Very frustrating to be stuck between two different teams at Clarizen who aren't talking with each other.  Please fix this.

Ah, you are correct.  I'm sorry I did not realize this was the developer forum, this is the right place.

Hi Ben,

Due to V6 upgrade, we had to make some changes in API. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please refer to the following link: https://clarizen.zendesk.com/entries/24913363-How-to-customize-Salesforce-Integration-to-work-with-V6.

The two URLs to add to the Salesforce remote sites are:

https://api2.clarizen.com

https://app2.clarizen.com

Please also make sure your default username and password are set up correctly and saved. We have a great article in place, where you will find extensive information how to set up a Clarizen Default User Account and more. Please see the link: http://usermanual.clarizen.com/#16-2-salesforce$Setting%20up%20the%20Clarizen%20Default%20User%20Account.

For more information, we also recommend our free Salesforce Q&A webinars, where one of our experts will be able to provide visual answers to any questions ( http://www.clarizen.com/live-demo.html#second).

Please let us know if you have further inquiries.

Thank you,

Diana
