Just want to let everyone know about the kind of excellent support i received from one of the Customer Success Managers Patrick Smith. It's almost the end of friday here and I really needed help on a project before the week ended so i didn't have to wait till monday's advanced calls. I send mssg to Patrick for quick help and he not only answered my questions but created a customized 5 minute screencast video so i could see exactly how to execute the project i needed help on. I didn't expect this level of support...Outstanding!!! :) :)
