Workflow Rules and InterAct Emails not being recieved

I have code for a workflow rule and Interact that all works fine.  I entered my gmail address, along with a few non-work email addressees as a test, and the emails were sent and received as expected.  However, the recipients that are inside our organization are not receiving the emails?  They are receiving the weekly project update report though.  Email addresses have been checked repeatedly.  Any thoughts?

Can you have your IT guys check the firewall to make sure the Clarizen.com domain is fully whitelisted?  Certain emails come from different servers, so it is possible that some emails are getting blocked while others are not.
