Can we manually order, or have Clarizen alphabetize custom actions, just as we can manually choose or alphabetize a picklist?

Clarizen does not have the ability to sort alphabetically on custom actions BUT you do have the option to manually order them using the Display order column. Please note that you would need to order them per item type (project, organization, task etc) so you need to make sure you have the lowest item type selected on the left hand side panel and then you have the ability to select the number in the display order
Could you point me to the documentation that shows how to do that? My "Display Order" column is not editable. Thanks!
Unfortunately we do not currently have that documented. We are in the process of updating our documentation. In the meantime, I think you may be at a high level. If you click on the project item type and then go to the custom action section, the display order should be editable with a number drop down.
