Sorting of Columns in Views

Many of the struggles people have with their views is not knowing that they have sorted on a column in a view. It ranks as the number one support question for our company. It would be nice to have a toggle at the System Level Setting to allow or disallow sorting by clicking on column heading. Many times when trying to select the drop down arrow you accidently miss the hour and you have selected to sort, which if you know you can correct, but it still may take many seconds of response time to sort something you didn't want. By only allowing the use of the drop down to sort would solve many problems.

I agree with this Change Request; it is too easy for users to accidentally sort. This is hands-down the #1 issue behind our troubleshooting requests. We lose a great deal of time because of this functionality, between interrupted workflow ("missing/confusing work items") to users reaching out for support, to resolution via walkthrough/tutorial. Please give Admins the ability to disable this!

Where do I check status of CRs?

Is that in Clarizen Success?

This sorting functionality was disabled only for the Work Plan on the Project Details pages (Dec 2017). This helps greatly, but I would like to see it disabled (or give admins the option to disable) column sorting via clicking column headers across modules. Sorting Projects module or Report module Views remains a problem. As an Admin I intentionally set these Views' sorting to be the most useful for the end user, and they often accidentally change the organization of data.
