Hi Chris,
Thank you for submitting your idea! We already have a feature request in our system in regards to this use case. The case is CR-213358.
I would like the ability to be able to share a report, with financial information, to anyone I allow without the restrictions of licencing.
It seems like you can only share reports with financial data by the Read & Write (Users must have a Clarizen account with a full licenced account).
I have several user cases where members only require one or two finance reports a month who shouldn't be forced to have a full user account.
I should be able to point them to the direct report, via a share link, and for them to have the information at their fingertips and if I so wish, secure it with an additional password.
Otherwise, the systems 'instant reporting via a share link' is marginally useless as you'd have to export out of the system, attach to email and forward on, something we were hoping to replace with the adoption of Clarizen.

Is there anyway I can track the progress?
Chris,
Currently, all you can do is await our response, request an update or monitor the Release Updates. We do have plans to improve our communications in regards to Change Requests that are released to Production.
This is a very useful features that we also need at Aurion. I am sure most other organisations should find it very useful as well,
I would very much like to see this as well!
I've seen a few post on this but no recent updates. This would be really useful functionality to have as we need to share financial information with key stakeholders who do not have access to Clarizen. I understand the need for controls on this as it could be sensitive data, however it should ultimately be down to the organisation if they want to share this data and not Clarizen. I can email the dashboard/report as a pdf or excel document....there is no restriction on that, so why is there on widgets?
